The present privacy statement is aimed to inform our partners thoroughly of our data management, data protection and data safety practices related to the webstore. We are committed to your privacy, which is given full respect by us.

Browsing in the WebStore and preparing quotations covering the goods available in the webshop does not need any registration, or personal information about our partners. The server operator is responsible for the management, protection and safety of the visitors' data gained automatically when they logged in, and recorded according to the legal requirements. The purpose of data management

It is necessary to indicate your personal details by filling the questionary out at your first time of registration with the aim of shopping at us.Your giving us the requested personal and/or institutional data is strictly voluntary. Please give us the essential personal or institutional billing name and address as well as the shipping name and residential or institutional address then. These personal data will be used only in the sales contract between you and our company, and in the frame of the sales procedure according to your prior approval.The collected data makes it possible to communicate with you about the sales and about the available related services. We provide third party (eg. Postal services, shipping agent ) with the personal data of our partners only it is neccessary in ourder to complete the transaction between the partner and us.

In case you gave us your kind consent to our sending you newsletters in the field of your main interest by thiking the appropriate box in the questionary, we shall use the given contact data only for the purpose of providing you with this expressively required service by sending you personalized offers, promotional material, information about new products and services.

We may offer you to participate in surveys and contests on voluntary bases.

You can update, modify or cancel the approval to our sending newsletters in a simple way at any time, when there is no transaction in process.

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. The data processed:

The personal data to be processed and for storage should be proportionate and should comply with the objective at each stage of the data management. The following personal data are required when you purchase goods at us.

• Bill to address, that is full name of the person and/or institution and full address including country, city, street name and house number
• Ship to address, that is full name of the person and/or institution and full residential/ institutional address including country, city, street name and house number
• E-mail address
• Phone, Skype, or, any other contact data which makes quick information exchange possible if necessary (optional )
• Credit card information (only in case of payment by card ) only for the purpose of the payment process, and to be forwarded to the payment service provider bank/ organization
• Interest, purchasing preference (only with the aim to providing you with relavant information in case you subscribed to our gratis newsletter services.)

The method of personal data collection:

All data are to be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully. We kindly request our partners to fill in the questionary and to provide us with the requested personal data int he frame of the registration process when they purchase goods at us and/or when they subscribe to our thematic newsletter service at the first time. Registered partners have a simple, fast and convenient opportunity to delete, modify, correct, or update their data at any time. The data provided should be accurate and valid.

The management of the data:

The data can only be stored for specified and legitimate purposes and should not be used in a different way. The data received from our partners is treated confidentially.

We agree not to transfer the data to any third parties without the prior consent of our partners. The data will not be modified, will not be published and will not be available to any unauthorized persons. We keep the data safely preserved.

The data storage security:

The data storage method makes the identification of the partners possible only for the period of time what is neccessary. Partners can delete, modify, update their personal data provided during their registration at any time. Adequate security measures are taken to protect personal data against unlawful/unauthorized access or accidental destruction or loss, alteration or distribution. The data controller and the person processing the data are also responsible for ensureing the data security. The data stored in the automatic data holdings at external party cannot be accessed by that party.

Appeals:

Our partners have the right to take legal steps against us if their demand for the disclosure, correction or cancellation of their personal data is not met. We, as being the manager and controller of their personal data are obliged to give our partners information on their data contained in our data holdings whenever they request. This information is to be given to our partners within the shortest period of time, up to a maximum of 30 days in writing, in a comprehensible format. The partner, who happens to be subject of infringement of the rights has the right to appeal to court. The controller involved in the unlawful handling of personal data or technical breach of personal data protection requirements must compensate the damage caused to others. The company is responsible for the damage caused this way too. The data controller is exempted from liability if it is proven that the damage was due to a reason out of his control, and the reason of the damage was not possible to be avoided. Damages are not recoverable if they are due to the intentional and grossly negligent act of the injured person.
